Abstract
The goal of this multidisciplinary work is to contribute on the interactions between artificial intelligence (AI) and its users (consumers, employees within organizations) through mobile robots. Specifically, we aim to evaluate a chatbot ability to detect, interpret, and take into account the emotions expressed by users during their interactions. Beyond simple facial or emotional recognition, we seek to analyze how the integration of affective and cognitive dimensions will enable chatbots to evolve toward more better-suited forms of interaction.
