Author Guidelines

  1. Please use the paper templates provided for word and latex. 
  2. Please follow the layout guidelines set out in the templates.
  3. The text should be in English.
  4. As already stated in the checklist, the paper must not exceed 8 pages for original full papers (excluding references) or 2 pages for extended abstracts of already published work (including references) .
  5. Please ensure that the submitted paper is consistent with your accepted extended abstract, addresses the reviewer comments, and has been thouroughly proofread and is in its final form, ready for publication.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission uses the URAI paper templates (see below and under https://www.fhnw.ch/plattformen/urai-symposium-2026/call-for-papers-3/).
  • The upload is provided as Word or LaTex file(s), the latter packed into a .zip file, AND as .pdf.
  • The submission does not exceed 8 pages for original full papers (excluding references) or 2 pages for extended abstracts of already pubished work (including references).
